The lack of elevators is a hassle!!! Air conditioning issues made for an uncomfortable stay during warm weather. Noise disturbances from outside were disruptive, especially at night. The bathroom maintenance needs improvement too, with drainage issues!!!

The air conditioning barely functions and my room was freezing. had to crank it to 28 degrees just to feel somewhat human. also, do you really expect guests to bring their own coffee capsules? i almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.
